For Dhalia’s debut track Desert Run, ISO created a music video built on control and motion.

The project presents the artist in motion and in control, using wide compositions and deliberate pacing to create tension and release. Minimal styling, open environments and strong contrast allow the focus to remain on presence rather than narrative, letting the imagery feel cinematic without becoming illustrative.

For DESERT RUN, ISO set out to create a music video that prioritised mood, movement and physicality over literal storytelling. The project was shaped around rhythm and restraint, using repetition, scale and environment to amplify the artist’s energy and attitude rather than explain it.

By positioning the artist as a singular force within the frame, the work establishes a visual language that feels confident and self-assured. The environment becomes a stage, allowing motion and composition to carry meaning through pacing and control rather than overt performance.

DESERT RUN launched as a music video that resists traditional narrative structure. The project reframes performance as presence, using movement, distance and contrast to communicate character and intent without exposition.
